Big Brothers Big Sisters

Rianne is the Branch Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters Comal & Guadalupe Counties. She has been with the agency since September 2019 and promoted to Director in March 2021. She graduated from Texas State University with her Bachelors in Social Work, Summa Cum Laude, at the age of 30 years old after previously dropping out of high school. Rianne has worked with youth for over 8 years in the non-profit sector and is a big kid herself! When she is not working she is chasing her two year old twin boys, DIY home projects, reading or spending time outside, adventuring.

The program had doubled in the last year and they continue to expand services in the area. She is very passionate about serving youth as she spent many of her own adolescent years struggling. She is always looking for more ways to partner with the community and serve.
